Matssaem English Academy operates two campuses in Cheongju, South Korea. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our staff portal and student vocabulary app at matssaem.uk.

- Staff accounts: name and email address
- Student accounts: name and study progress data (created by academy staff on behalf of enrolled students)
3. How we use it
We use this information solely to operate the academy portal and vocabulary learning app. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.
4. Who can see your data
Only authorised academy staff can access personal data. Student data is visible only to the teachers and managers at this academy.
5. Data storage
Data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted in the EU) and Cloudflare (global CDN). We do not sell or transfer your data to any third party.
6. Your rights
You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at matssaemenglish@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
